This tournament is subject to Massachusetts state laws and orders regarding COVID-19, including assembly of persons. All visitors entering Massachusetts must complete a travel form (unless visiting from a lower-risk state as designated by the Mass Department of Health) and quarantine for 14 days or produce a negative test result that has been administered up to 72-hours prior to arrival in Massachusetts. Failure to comply results in a $500 penalty. THIS WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED.
If any circumstances arise that would preclude the safe running of the event, this tournament may be cancelled at any time. Should the tournament be cancelled, refund fees are subject to USA Fencing.
There will be no exceptions to COVID-19 safety protocols implemented throughout the tournament. If you cannot comply do not register for this tournament.
All events will be capped at 18 and entry is on a first-come first-served basis – no exceptions. Should the state guidelines for indoor events be amended we will raise the cap level. Once the tournament has filled to the capped amount a wait list will begin. If an athlete withdraws from the event the next person on the wait list will move into the event provided they have paid the event fees. Event fees will be refunded for those on waitlist who are unable to move into the event. Direct any questions regarding capping to USA Fencing National Office. There will be no refunds for athletes who choose to withdraw after registration.

April 10 / D2MF - 0800 / D2WE - 0800 / D1AME - 1200 / D2WS - 1200 / D1AMS - 400 / D1AWF - 400
April 11 / D1AMF - 0800 / D1AWE - 0800 / D2ME - 1200 / D1AWS - 1200 / D2WF - 400 / D2MS - 400
Please note that competitors must be competitive members of USA Fencing before registering for event.
COVID-19 POLICIES/PROCEDURES

As this event was postponed at the original deadline, triple fees will stay in effect unless we are able to add more competitors to the events. The event will reopen for registration Dec 24 and fee dates will be updated.
Entry Fees: Regular fees: up to December 5 PDT. Registration $24, Administration $5/event Event fee is $45/event
Late Fees: December 6 to December 12 PDT. Registration $84, Administration $15/event Event fee is $135/event.
No exceptions to late fees will be made for inability to register within stated deadlines.
There will be NO reminder emails sent to competitors with incomplete registrations; i.e, no payment. It is your responsibility to be aware of registration deadlines.
REFUND POLICY Unless this event is cancelled, registration fees will not be refunded. There are no exceptions. Prior to December 5, 100% of the event fee will be refunded if the organizer (merritt55@comcast.net) is contacted with a refund request. After December 5, there will be no refunds of the event fee. Refunds are processed immediately upon request.
No refunds will be issued for No Show or Withdrawal from events.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If the tournament is cancelled for reasons beyond our control (such as extreme weather or some other calamity that has not yet reared its head), event fees will be refunded.
NO WALKINS will be accepted at this tournament.
LOGAN AIRPORT Venue is approx. 10 minutes from airport (with no traffic). Exit from Mass Pike (rt 90) West. Cambridge/Brighton exit (towards Brighton).
