ALL INFO NOTED HERE IS TENTATIVE AND DEPENDS ON STATE RESTRICTIONS. ALL IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE ON A MOMENT'S NOTICE
We will update information as we receive it.
This tournament is subject to Massachusetts state laws and orders regarding COVID-19, including assembly of persons. All visitors entering Massachusetts must complete a travel form (unless visiting from a lower-risk state as designated by the Mass Department of Health) and quarantine for 14 days or produce a negative test result that has been administered up to 72-hours prior to arrival in Massachusetts. Failure to comply results in a $500 penalty. THIS WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED.
If any circumstances arise that would preclude the safe running of the event, this tournament may be cancelled at any time. Should the tournament be cancelled, refund fees are subject to USA Fencing.
There will be no exceptions to COVID-19 safety protocols implemented throughout the tournament. If you cannot comply do not register for this tournament.
All events will be capped at 24 and entry is on a first-come first-served basis – no exceptions. Should the state guidelines for indoor events be amended higher or lower we will adjust the cap level. Please note, if the numbers allowed are less than 24; fencers after the adjusted cap will be put on the waitlist in the order of the time they originally entered the event. Once the tournament has filled to the capped amount a waitlist will begin. If an athlete withdraws from the event the next person on the waitlist will move into the event provided they have paid the event fees. The only way to ensure you move up the waitlist is to pay all fees. Event fees will be refunded for those on waitlist who are unable to move into the event.
Direct any questions regarding capping to USA Fencing National Office. There will be no refunds for athletes who choose to withdraw after registration.
