General Information

INTEGRITY FENCING STUDIO is located in Chatham, NJ. Our goal is to achieve success while maintaining our integrity. The spirit of our studio is driven not only by the medals our fencers win in competitions, but through continuing the traditional values of fencing: courtesy, dignity, honor and courage. It is through these values that our members will deepen their inner character and achieve winning results.

Y10 = 2011-2014
Y12 = 2009-2012 (or on Y10 NRPS)
Y14 = 2007-2010 (or on Y12 NRPS)
CADET = 2005-2008 (or on Y14 NRPS)
JUNIOR = 2002 - 2008 (or on CADET NRPS)

Check-In

Venue opens 6:30AM Saturday and Sunday. We recommend arriving at least 1 hour before close of check-in.
Proof of current USA Fencing membership, current FIE license, or foreign federation membership must be presented. If a fencer is not a member yet, or membership has expired, the fencer has to complete and pay for USA Fencing membership at the door.

All fencers must have a USA Fencing membership card or a clearly legible copy to use the Auto Check-In feature.
Fencers to present proof of age: Original or copies of birth certificate, passport or driver's license, unless if the USA Fencing membership card has "Birth year is Verified " is noted on the card.
Fencers must check in everyday they compete.

Event Fee Info

Registration and Event Fees

Regular fees until January 21th 2022 11:59PM PDT - Registration $35, and Event fee is $45/event
Late fees (Triple) from January 22nd until February 7th 2022 11:59PM PDT - Registration $105, Administration $15, and Event fee is $135/event
Starting February 8th, No Online registration is permitted
Walk-In is permitted with Triple Fees (if a spot is available and approved by Bout Committee)

Refund Policy

Registration fees and Administration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE
Refund requests must be received by January 28th, 2022 11:59PM PDT
Refund of events fees can be requested by sending an email to abdelwahab_a@hotmail.com
Starting January 29th NO REFUND, NO EXCEPTION for any reason
Refunds are processed 4-6 weeks after the conclusion of the tournament and will be paid to the original credit card used at the time of signup. All refunds are processed by USFencing National Office.
NO REFUND will be issued to No Show or Withdraw from events
