Welcome to the Houston Fall RYC and RJCC hosted by Alliance Fencing Academy!
TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE:
All times are close of check-in time (all event dates/times are subject to change). We are planning to start fencing 10-20 minutes after the check-in time for your event.
Venue opens each day at 7:00AM. We recommend to arrive at least 30 minutes before close of check-in.
Proof of current USA Fencing membership or current FIE License must be presented. If fencer is not a member yet, or membership expired, fencer has to complete and pay for USA Fencing membership at he door.
All fencers have to have USA Fencing membership card or clearly legible copy.
Fencers to present proof of age: Original or copies of birth certificate, passport or driver's license, unless if USA Fencing membership card has "Birth Year is Verified " is noted on the card.
Fencers must check in everyday they compete.

COVID RESTRICTIONS:
All persons inside the venue must wear a COVID mask at all times; fencers are not required to wear a COVID mask underneath their fencing mask.
These protocols and tournament requirements due to COVID-19 may change at anytime. You will be notified through your USA Fencing membership portal if there are additional requirements.
Self-monitor and be symptom-free for at least 14 days prior to tournament. Please stay home if you are sick or do not feel well.
Agree to temperature check on arrival. Any individual with a fever of greater than 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit, or any other symptoms of COVID-19, will not be admitted.
Everyone must practice social distancing. Refrain from contacting other participants and attendees (handshakes, body contact, etc.). Referees will not have fencers sign, but will give the fencers an opportunity to verify their score(s).
AGE ELIGIBILITY:
Y10: born on 2012 - 2015
Y12 born on 2010 - 2013 (or on Y10 NRPS)
Y14 born on 2008 - 2011 (or on Y12 NRPS)

REGISTRATION & EVENT FEES:
Regular fees registration deadline is August 29, 2022, 11:59 PM PDT.
Tournament Fee: $35, Event Fee: $45
Late fees: $100, August 30 - September 14, 12:00 PM PDT. No online or walk-in registration after September 14, 2022, 12:00 PM PDT.
Tournament Fee is non-refundable.
Event Fee(s) refund requests must be emailed to inform@alliance-fencing-academy.com by September 14, 2022, 12:00 PM PDT. No refunds, no exceptions for any reasons after that date. No refund will be issued to "no show" or "withdraw from events".
Refunds will be paid to the original credit card used at the time of signup. All refund are processed by USA Fencing National Office.
