The venue will open at 7:00 am then registration for the events will start.
-By then this tournament is subject to Texas state laws and orders regarding COVID - 19.
-Masks are now optional at USA Fencing-sanctioned tournaments at the local, regional and national levels. Tournament attendees are welcome to continue wearing a mask if they wish to do so.
- Check-In: Arrive at least one hour before the close of registration of your event. Fencers should enter the venue wearing freshly washed whites / uniform. Armorer will have right to decline unwashed equipment.
-Fencers will need a current USA Fencing Membership Card .
-Equipment Check: The equipment check before competing is required and will open one hour before the first event.
Awards : Top 8 will receive a medals. -There will be NO Lost & Found ! Anything left at the end of the day will be thrown out.

-Please NOTE : Coaches that are coaching at the event must have a Coach credential that verifies SafeSport status. To be SafeSport compliant, a Coach member that is coaching must have a current NCSI background screen (valid for 2 years) and have completed the required online SafeSport training (annually).
All Parents and spectators should stay at the designated areas.
