The Neil Lazar Regional Open Circuit (ROC) (Div1A, Div2, and Veteran)

Equipment check will be available Friday, 4:30 to 6:30 p.m.

Regular fee entry deadline: September 5, 2022. Registration opens June 1, 2022.

There will be no exceptions to any COVID-19 safety protocols implemented throughout the tournament. At this time here is no proof of vaccination or testing required. At this time wearing of masks is optional. Any changes regarding these COVID-19 guidelines will be made based on pandemic status at tournament time. We do encourage everyone to continue following Infectious Diseases prevention guidelines. If you cannot comply with tournament guidelines do not register. This tournament is subject to USA Fencing guidelines and Connecticut laws and orders regarding COVID-19, including assembly of persons. If any circumstances arise that would preclude safe running of this event, this tournament can be cancelled at any time. Should tournament cancel, any refund of fees is subject to USA Fencing.

Spectators: Each fencer is allowed one (1) plus-one, which does not include their coach. Each Club is allowed 2 coaches in attendance. To receive a coaching credential coaches must be SafeSport compliant (i.e. have a current NCSI background screen and have completed the required online SafeSport training). Coaches should come prepared to present your USA Fencing membership card with "Coach" designation.

All events will be capped and entry is on a first-come first-served basis – no exceptions. Caps may be adjusted depending on registrations in each event to ensure balance throughout the day. Once the event cap has been reached fencers will be placed on a wait list. Fencer must supply a payment method to join the wait list and be eligible for graduation into the event. Wait-listed entry without payment method is considered pending and your position will drop below completed wait list entries. Wait lists will also be cleared on a first-come first-served basis.

• Venue concession will be open with food, drinks, and snacks available for purchase, and menu is limited. We encourage you to bring your own water, as public water stations may not be available. Fencers with special dietary needs should bring your own food.
