Registration and Event Fees

• Regular fees until September 8, 2023 11:59 PM PDT - Registration $70, Administration $9, and Event fee is $80/event
• Late fees (Triple) from September 9, 2023 until September 21, 2023 11:59 PM PDT - Registration $210, Administration $27, and Event fee is $240/event
• Starting September 22, 2023, No Online registration is permitted
• Walk-Ins are permitted with triple fees (paid by check only) if there is a spot available in the event and approved by the Bout Committee

Refund Policy

• Registration fees and Administration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE
• Refund requests must be received by September 6, 2023 11:59 PM PDT
• Refund of events fees can be requested by sending email to office@academyoffencingmasters.com
• Starting September 7, 2023 NO REFUND, NO EXCEPTION for any reason
• Refunds are processed a few days after the refund request is received and will be processed by USA Fencing National Office.
• NO REFUND will be issued to No Show or Withdraw from events

Safe Sport and Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies

• USA Fencing Regional Events follow the SafeSport Code and Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies, as approved by the U.S. Center for SafeSport. Please carefully read through these policies prior to your attendance at the event.

• Additionally, USA Fencing Regional events follow the codes of conduct set by USA Fencing. Please carefully read the codes of conduct for spectators, coaches and members as you will be expected to abide by these codes of conduct. Following are links to USA Fencing Reporting forms as these are the means for members to report MAAPP, SafeSport Policy or Code of Conduct violations (USA Fencing SafeSport Reporting Form and USA Fencing Code of Conduct Violation Form).

• Attention Coaches attending this tournament: Coaches that are coaching at the event must have a Coach credential that verifies SafeSport status. To be SafeSport compliant, a Coach member that is coaching must have a current NCSI background screen (valid for 2 years) and have completed the required online SafeSport training (annually).
