  • CADET: 2008-2011 (or on Y14 NRPS)

Check-In

  1. Venue opens 6:30AM Saturday and Sunday. We recommend to arrive at least 1 hour before close of check-in.
  2. Proof of current USA Fencing membership, current FIE license, or foreign federation membership must be presented. If fencer is not a member yet, or membership expired, fencer has to complete and pay for USA Fencing membership at the door.
  3. To be a member in USA Fencing click here
  4. All fencers have to have USA Fencing membership card or clearly legible copy to use Auto Check-In feature.
  5. Fencers to present proof of age: Original or copies of birth certificate, passport or driver's license, unless if USA Fencing membership card has "Birth year is Verified " is noted on the card.
  6. Fencers must check in everyday they compete.

Event Fee Info

Registration and Event Fees

  • Regular fees until Monday April 29th, 2024 11:59 PM PST - Registration $54, Administration $5, and Event fee is $60/event
  • Late fees (Triple) from April 30th until May 16th 11:59 PM PST - Registration $162, Administration $15, and Event fee is $180/event
  • Starting May 17th, No Online registration is permitted
  • Walk-In with Triple fees is permitted ONLY if event capping permits

Refund Policy

  • Registration fees and Administration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE
  • Refund requests must be received by Friday May 3rd, 2024 11:59 PM PST
  • Refund of events fees can be requested by sending an email to peoriafencing@hotmail.com
  • Starting May 4th, 2024 NO REFUND, NO EXCEPTION for any reason
  • Refunds are processed few days after the refund request and will be paid to the original credit card used at the time of signup. All refunds are processed by USA Fencing National Office.
  • NO REFUND will be issued to No Show or Withdraw from events
